This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the operator of ZTrack for the use of the ZTrack desktop application software. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
ZTrack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of compatible devices specified in your purchase plan. The Free plan allows use on one device with functional limitations. Premium, Pro, and Business plans allow use on multiple devices as defined in the Service Terms.
You may not: (a) modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (b) create derivative works based on the Software; (c) rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party; (d) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
The Software is licensed, not sold. ZTrack retains all ownership of the Software itself and all intellectual property rights therein. Your rights to use the Software are limited to those expressly granted in this Agreement.
The Software processes video and telemetry data locally on your device. ZTrack does not collect or transmit your media files or GPS data to its servers. For license validation, the Software may transmit machine identifiers and license keys as described in the Privacy Policy.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZTRACK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
